We measure your space onsite, look at your roof line, your orientation and how you actually want to use the area, then design a patio around it. From there we take care of the parts most people would rather not deal with. We prepare and submit your council application, order your materials, and install with our own experienced crew instead of subcontracting it out. Every patio is priced to the design, the size, the roofing product and the site, so there is no single figure worth quoting. What we can tell you is that the quote is free, it is done onsite, and it is a fixed price with no obligation to proceed. Most homeowners have a clear number within a few days of calling us.
Most patios in Perth need approval from your local council, and we prepare and lodge the application for you. Timelines vary by shire, so we will give you a realistic expectation for your area when we quote.
