We got three quotes and Aussie Patios was the middle range being $3000 less that the most expensive quote and $1500 more than the lowest quote. Out of all three companies, Aussie Patios stood out to us due to Ross, Paula and Bob. Ross who came out initially to quote us, was the most organised, friendly and informative out of each. He responded to every email promptly and politely. He was very patient with us through 3 changes on our end and many questions. Once we officially committed, Paula kept us up to date with planning approvals, payments and timeline. Bob then came out to do final measurements and organise for it all to be built.There were a few hiccups but Bob helped to rectify most of these even whilst he was on holidays. The angled post to the fence was to allow for channelled blinds but the posts don’t align all the way to fence. But the patio looks good and it was done a bit sooner than the initial timeframe given. Which is only long due to the council approvals. Overall a good job, a we would recommend.

This is an unusual structure as it is very high to cover our off-road caravan.Bob kept in touch with us as we went through the approval process all of which was handled by them.
