Ross was very prompt and gave us great information and design style help. Ian the installer was incredible. We built a very big free standing patio and he did all the work on his own in 4 days. We have been very impressed by the diligence, expertise and customer service of the Aussie Patio crew!Our house is built on a strange angle on the block, so it wasn’t a straight forward job. Bob and Ross came out quite a few times initially to discuss the job and ideas of how it could work. Coatings were given and we made some adjustments, which they promptly sorted out before the build process.Ian, Bob, Sheldon and another worker came and did a great job. Supplies were ordered in time and we were kept in the loop about the whole process.We are really happy with the end product and would use them again for any future works.Highly recommended!

Ross originally came out to do a quote a day or two after we enquired about getting our pergola built. He was very professional and listened to exactly what we wanted, even making a few suggestions that made the build even better! These guys have a solution to the build we wanted. But when it didn’t present as we wanted it to, they worked with us with no fuss to design the solution to what we wanted. It was not an easy quick fix, it took a lot of thought to the design as to how to achieve exactly what we pictured. But they heard us and made it happen. No fuss quote, no fuss measure and then a work with us as they went installation. Recommend highly….

As before there salespeople were great with a timely quote and measure. They started the job early, kept us in the loop and the tradie was friendly, no tats, no swearing on the job and no head banging radio. From the first contact for the quote to the finished patio karen and I were delighted with the standard of service. Everyone showed up when they said. Everything delivered the day before work was due to start. Lochy and Sheldon showed up on time and got straight into the demolishing of the two patios. This was finished in a timely manner and they were able to start some framing before finishing that day. They kept a tidy workplace were polite and kept noise to a minimum. The old patio framing etc was removed without any fuss and nothing left for us to deal with. Both patios were finished within the week.
