We had a great experience with Aussie Patio Designs. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. They helped us with the design and organised the installation around weeks that were best for us, which was greatly appreciated as I have a newborn and a toddler. We had an issue with the infill material for the front having slight damage marks from strapping down to the trailer during transportation, and when I raised my concern about this they happily and promptly redelivered more material and replaced it. After much research and quotes we decided on Aussie Patios for our carport and front porch as they offered the best value and we are very pleased with the result. Ross the sales rep suggested the carport roof at an angle and it looks amazing. Ian the installer only took 3 days to erect the carport and front porch. The site was left clean and tidy, all rubbish was removed. All the staff we dealt with were efficient and courteous and they dealt with the council approval process. We are very happy with finished product and can highly recommend Aussie Patios.

We have inquired in a lot of shops and was told repetitively that putting a patio at the back of our small house is impossible. Aussie Patio Designs was the only one that gave us hope and told us it is possible as they are an expert and knows the boundaries and regulations and how to work around it even for the impossible ones. Bob and his crew was very patient and true to their promise after a long awaited process of approval from the council we now enjoy staying at our patio.
